Portal and Navigation Redesign
Description:
Designed and developed a portal page to display online games for visitor of the website. Designed summery page and full page to display all category games. Designed to fit in the existing website and for multiple color themes. Subsequent improvements to the website navigation and for additional themes.
- first three header icons on page designed to fit existing platform icons
- css3 properties of gradient, box shadow, border-radius were used to create category headings with no images
- new layout was developed to better suite the hierarchy of information available across all games
- play (online) button is a combination of css3 gradients and image
- navigation was partially redesigned in line with the portal direction, as new themes were added to the website and the client wished to improve access to content for users
- navigation colors change to fit theme
- layout of expanded portal ( accessed through “more” link) provides more actions available for the game
